Summer Art Sessions at SARLA-The Art Space/Sarjapura Curries Farm
The much-awaited art classes at SARLA are starting soon!
We are happy to announce that we are starting the course/classes this summer for both children and adults. Classes will be divided into 4 sessions - 16 classes for two months.
Each set of 4 sessions will have 2 weekly classes, adding up to a total of 16 classes.
In these classes we will focus on artistic skills like sketching, art journaling, printmaking, clay modelling and the culmination of the above learning will be an exhibition.
Participants/students will be mentored in sketching from life, and understanding the flora and fauna at Sarjapura Curries through drawing and painting in their respective journals. Also, the second half of the session will be at SARLA- The Art Space, for learning printmaking techniques, clay modelling etc.

At the end of the course/session, every participant will be encouraged to put up their work for a public display/exhibition where they showcase their art journal, prints and clay works at SARLA Exhibition Space.

    Timing:
    Saturdays - 2:30 - 4:00 pm
    Sundays - 11:00 am -12:30pm
    (Maximum 20 students; for 30 students or more, we will have two batches per day)

    3000₹ (Children)
    4000₹ (Adults)
    Contributions towards the running of the SARLA - The Art Space.

    What SARLA provides:
    Sketching book and colouring book for a journal/artist book which is hardbound with cartridge paper.
    Clay during clay modelling session.
    Printmaking material while working on printmaking
    What Students will bring:
    Colouring material of your choice (dry pastels, crayons, sketch pens, water colors, color pencils, charcoal, etc.)
